Booking Terms an Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you to Leddy's.

To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please take a moment to read our booking terms and conditions.

We now require valid card details to secure all reservations.

Should you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend your reservation, the following charges will apply:

• Dinner Service: £15 per person
• Brunch Service: £15 per person
• Taster Menu: £30 per person

Please note that any reduction in guest numbers or amendments to your booking made within 24 hours of your reservation may also incur a charge.

For tables of 7 guests or more:

• A deposit will be required to secure the booking.
• A pre-order will be requested from a reduced group menu prior to your visit.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation.

We can hold your table for a maximum of 10 minutes after your booked time. After this point, we cannot guarantee that your table will remain available.

By making a reservation with Leddy's, you acknowledge and agree to these booking terms and conditions.

Thank you for choosing a Leddy's voucher.

Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing or redeeming a voucher.

• E-vouchers can only be redeemed by presenting the unique 16-digit voucher code at the time of payment.
• The voucher must be presented in full and valid form to be accepted.

• All vouchers and e-vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Any remaining balance will expire and be removed after the 12-month validity period.

• Vouchers and e-vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers and e-vouchers can only be used once and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
• No cash change will be given for any unused balance.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted vouchers cannot be replaced.

• A table reservation is required before redeeming a voucher.
• All reservations remain subject to Leddy's standard booking terms and conditions.

• By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Leddy's voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.
